Market Days

Tyler participated in Market Days at school. It's an event that third grade does. They are responsible for coming up with a business plan, marketing and selling some type of goods and then the entire school gets to shop. Tyler decided that he was going to have a football station where you could either buy football cards or guess how many skittles were in a jar to win a UT football (and they came with a free sucker). I was surprised at the crowd he had around him most of the time! Each class decided on a charity to donate 10% of their proceeds to and Tyler's class chose the animal shelter. After paying me back for supplies, he made about $25.00. It was a fun experience for Tyler!
