Tyler rode the school bus home for the first time! Despite asking a million times, he never rode it last year and I told him that he could occasionally ride it home this year, if he had a friend over, since we don't have the capability to bring a friend home in our truck now. His buddy, Caleb, rode home with him and they were both SO excited!

Coach Pitch/Cub scouts

Did I mention that Tyler was doing/did Fall ball? I really didn't think we were going to participate again, but he said he wanted to and it was a super short season. He had to move up to coach pitch and that was a new and different world to him. I'm not surprised, but he didn't love it at all, especially after getting hit with the ball at one of the first practices. :-(

In other Cub Scout news~ He's still enjoying that and has received several patches, belt loops and beads already.


Travis and him went for a little day trip out to Canyon Lake.






The Cub Scouts also had a family night out to a football game. Here's Miss Shy (not) in front of the crowd doing her own version of half time dancing. :-)

Pumpkin patch

Fall is here and I'm not in my holiday mojo yet, but we did make it to the pumpkin patch and I'm excited for Brooklyn to enjoy all of her first holiday to-dos!
