Tyler's 5 year check-up

Now that we're skipping shots, these well-check appointments are a piece of cake! Tyler weighs 40lbs (25-50%) and he's 44 3/4 inches tall (75-90%). He passed his hearing test and his vision test (20/30) and Anna was pleased with everything. :-)
