New rental house

We purchased our second rental house and we're so excited about it! It's actually in the same neighborhood and on the same street as our other rental! The housing/rental market is just blowing up around us, so we knew we needed to jump on something else now. We looked at houses all summer and didn't like anything. I'm glad we held out for this one. It's a 4 bedroom, 2 bath and has a super cute floor plan. We just signed a 1 1/2 year lease with a tenant. Things have definitely been going well for us and I'm feeling blessed!
