Completed Rental

It has been a busy two weeks at the rental house, but we are done and it's back on the market for rent! We had to hual away so much junk from the garage and backyard, power wash everything outside (and we still couldn't completely get rid of the oil stain in the driveway), fix all the patchwork on the walls, had the entire interior painted, got new carpet throughout, new blinds, new lights, new mirrors, new sink faucets, scrubbed and dusted like crazy, mowed, mulched and trimmed trees. I'm impressed with how quick we got everything done and how great it looks now.
