Randy ended up staying in the house 5 days after we closed, but Travis went over and started working on the trees in the front yard. Can you tell that we're inpatient?! :-) You could barely see the front of the house through the trees and overgrown bushes before.
Side fence and window have to be replaced.
This is a residential neighborhood backyard! You can't see our 2-story house from the back of his yard. You can't see one end of the fence to the other end, no matter which direction you look!
All of the furniture and crap that was in the inspection pictures stayed... for us to haul away. Furniture, TV, desk, beds, all the nick-knacks... everything!
