Bat Fest

We checked out the annual Bat Fest in Austin with our friends, Kelli and Luke and their fam, and I don't think I'm a fan. It was hot, way too crowded and the 1.5 million Mexican free-tailed bats that we went to see didn't show for their own party. Checking out the bats is definitely something fun to see and do, but not during the festival. :-(
