Oh.My.Heart~ I have been wanting to take silhouette pictures for a while now. They are different and fun and easy and I just absolutely adore everything about these!!

Beach House!

We did a thing! A pretty big thing!! After looking for a vacation rental for over a year, we are under contract for our OWN house in Port Aransas!! Everyone is so excited!! We have been looking at houses online daily and working with a Realtor, but couldn't find the perfect one. We just got back from Port A and started leaning towards having a house built on a small lot since we weren't have any luck. A few days after we were home, our Realtor sent me a text message saying that she found our house! It wasn't on MLS yet and she was able to sneak over to do a virtual tour for me. We were all sold. We put in a full price offer without seeing the house in person on 7/19! That's so not like me, but I knew exactly what we wanted and this one checked off everything on our wish list. Plenty of parking and big enough for the boat, big backyard for a pool one day, in the golf cart zone, no HOA, two balconies, outdoor shower, close to the restaurants and shops and of course, zoned for short-term rentals. We made a quick day trip on 7/21 to see it and just love it!! We are supposed to close on September 11th and can't wait!!
