Thanksgiving-1

The holidays are here! Justin took a week off from work and we stayed at Poppa's house in Waco for the weekend. The boys fried a turkey and we all had a good time catching up.

















This is the power plant my dad is building/managing in Riesel, TX just outside of Waco. It is the largest project that his company, Zachry Construction, has ever done. We stopped by to take a look at it and it was pretty cool.

18 mos. check-up late

Tyler had his 18 month check-up with Dr. Anna late because we were undecided about giving him the MMR shot at this time. We ultimately decided to hold off on that shot until his two year appointment. Everything else went well. He weighs 24.2lbs (25th percentile) and is 32in. long (50-75th percentile).

New camera

I picked out a GREAT DSLR camera for my birthday and I am just in love with it! I barely know how to use it and went to a class just to learn the very basics, but I can't put it down! It helps that I have a great subject to practice on. :-) I'm sure there will be many pictures of Tyler coming soon as I learn how to use this thing!

30 celebration

We invited some of our close friends over for a small birthday/dinner celebration yesterday. It was great visiting with everyone- still can't believe I'm 30!
