Rental House Madness

As if we don't have enough on our plates right now, one of our renters moved out after 2 1/2 years and left quite the enexpected mess for us to clean up! UGH! We would have never guessed this and I honestly, think that the tenant thought he did okay with the move out. Needless to say, we have quite the project now.
