Cookie season came and went fast this year! Brooklyn set a goal to sell 300 boxes of cookies in order to get a panda plush and a clear cross body bag. It took 5 booths and us nearly freezing to death to do it, but... she did reach her goal!

Last middle school dance competition for Kinley and Dazzlers were amazing!! They competed in Dripping Springs with 8 other middle school teams and brought home some nice awards! These young ladies are so talented, so hard-working and so deserving.

DU Company kicked off their competition season at Encore this past weekend in Bastrop. Kinley performed her lyrical solo for the first time and it was beautiful! I am always in awe of her courage to get up on stage with three judges critiquing every single move and an audience watching as well. Her team dances were great! I have never laughed as much during a routine as I/we did during their tap routine. Can't wait to share that one. It's good! They left some room for improvement, but this was a great way to start the season!
Lyrical solo- “Worthy” received Ultra High Gold.
Teen Jazz- “Leader” received Platinum and 2nd place overall!
Teen Tap- “Indecisive Y2K Sad Boiz” received Platinum, 3rd place overall and “Showstopper” Judges Award!
Teen Latin Ballroom- “Conga” received Ultra High Gold and 5th place overall!
